The warranty claim in the claim chain end customer > dealer > NSC > ser vice provider/assembler of spike and soft compound tyres/ winter w heels with tyres > BMW AG > tyre manufacturer is thus restricted to the legal (technic al and functional) minimum requirement of tyres. The sale of spike and soft compound tyres /winter wheels with tyres is restricted to the countries of Denmark, Norway,
Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia,
Lithuania, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Ukraine, but this can, based on market requirements and after coordination with the BMW Group spec ialist departments, be extended to include further markets! Possible national legal regulations must observed independently by the markets prior to or during the sale/fitting of spike and soft compound tyres/winter wheels with tyres! Spike a nd soft compound tyres/winter wheels with tyres are not part of the current overall vehicle approval meaning that it is not permitted to fit them ex works! Thus, they are likewise not permitted to be fitted on new vehicles prior to their first registration!
